COPING
Knoxville Pools offers several different coping options. Coping is the name for the material that creates the perimeter of your pool. For vinyl and fiberglass pools, standard coping is aluminum. To set your pool apart, consider using a natural product like Travertine for an elevated look. Travertine is a natural stone with rounded edges that is easy to maintain, beautiful and unlike stubby concrete, is actually comfortable to sit on at the pool’s edge.
In addition to aluminum and Travertine, we offer paver coping by Belgard, which comes in an array of colors and designs.
Knoxville Pools also offers cantilever concrete coping. Cantilever can be done in standard broom finish or can be stamped in various patterns and is available in many different colors.
POOL DECK
Most pools come standard with a broom finished concrete, similar to a typical sidewalk or driveway. To enhance the beauty of your pool decking, consider stamped and dyed concrete. Not only does this process turn plain concrete into a work of art, it also helps to camouflage the inevitable cracking that is inherit in concrete products over time. Offered in a variety of stamps designed to look like anything from natural stone to brick patterns, you can design your concrete to look exactly how you want it, and it can by dyed nearly any color you can imagine.
Pavers are another popular pool decking option. We proudly install Belgard pavers. Unlike concrete, pavers never crack, and are available in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and colors. RETAINING WALLS
Here in East Tennessee, there’s a pretty good chance that you don’t have a flat back yard. To safely and beautifully design the backyard of your dreams, you will likely need a retaining wall. Our expert installers will evaluate what size retaining wall will be needed to safely complete your pool, and will construct it to precision with *Versa-lok* retaining wall block. This beautiful block is pre-engineered for walls up to 30 feet high, allowing us to safely and correctly install your retaining wall without the need for costly engineering.
